John McCain ran an awful campaign – perhaps the worst Republican presidential campaign in modern politics. However, to hear complaints about how awful John McCain’s campaign was from a person who was in charge of running said campaign is just pathetic. It’s worse than Barney Frank complaining about politicians who looked the other way while Fannie and Freddie bankrupted our country.

Steve Schmidt appeared with Barack Obama campaign manger David Plouffe at the University of Delaware. He admitted that he was the one who did not allow Sarah Palin speak on election night. He also said that Barack Obama’s first 100 days have been successful and the Republicans trying to oppose his agenda are not helping themselves politically.

I hope the Republicans don’t continue to take advice from the architect of their worst defeat.
